Initially things started out a little shaky I had a loan officer that requested info, I sent it then no communication whatsoever. Another loan officer reached out and everything went smooth after that so overall it was a good experience with the exception of the hiccup at the beginning but you’ll have that sometimes. It was still a quick seamless process I would recommend them to anyone looking at financing a trailer
