Everything went very smoothly! Every email with instructions was step by step easy instructions. I never felt overwhelmed or bombarded with things to do. I even knew when to expect the next email. When I did have to call with question I had to leave a voicemail but Darius got back to me very shortly after. And was very nice and courteous. In just a couple hours the funding process was being finalized and able to schedule a pick up time for my RV
