We called them early on a Monday morning and they arrived within a couple of hours, they did some troubleshooting on our old unit, they tried to do a hard reset and reprogram the keypad and remotes. When this didn’t work they offered to search for the wireless board and order for me. I declined and had them replace the whole unit, my old unit was 20+ years old, they had a new state of the art version with them, it took about an hour and now I’m all set for another 20 years! My garage door belt went bad and Rockstar came out same day to assess the issue. They told me what parts I needed, offered to order them or let me order them myself to see if I could get them under warranty from the manufacturer. Then when the parts came in, I was able to schedule another quick appointment and they did a great job getting my garage working again at a very fair price. Will definitely call them again next time I have an issue!! Highly suggest!

Rockstar was absolutely amazing. We had two new top of the line liftmaster garage door openers installed. The technicians were very clean an efficient, they even programmed our vehicles home link to the new openers. I am very happy with the results. Excellent service, I would give 100 stars if possible!
