I honestly don't even know what to say. We have been using Rockwall County Vet for 10 years, maybe longer, and today when I called to see if they get my dog in (she is ill and I needed to see if we could get in asap) I was told that there was an alert on my account stating that I was no longer a client and to not schedule appointments with me. RecommendedMy senior cat all of a sudden wasn’t able to take a step without falling over. He wasn’t eating and began tilting his head to the left. I honestly thought it was his time. Dr. Clemons worked until she found a diagnosis and he was actually the first cat she diagnosed with it. Sent us home with some medication and a week later he was completely back to normal!!

As a pet owner you take your fur-family to a vet to ensure you know what is happening with their health and to ensure they're not suffering when the time comes to say your goodbye. RCV, specifically Dr. Clemmons, robbed us of that. Last fall our 10 year old dogs was seen for a limp. We had x-rays done and were told it was bad arthritis. Fast forward 9 months he was now 11.
