The overall team were supportive and friendly.
I ended up purchasing a challenger instead of this Chrysler which is nice by the way. My dealer was pretty cool ,professional and relatable.
Don’t bother with trying to trade in, will have you sit for couple hours just to hit you with an embarrassingly low offer. Other than that great prices, and our salesman Brian was pretty cool, and helpful. Would recommend if you were buying with out a trade.

Don't Trust Them Like I Did! I've never trusted car salesman, because I always thought they screwed you. However, I was beginning to think that Rocky Mount Toyota was different. Until I found out financing uses SmartPay! Avoid SmartPay at ALL If I had known that I had to pay an extra $400 to 'join' SmartPay, I would've declined, but they hid it from me. Extremely Poor Customer Service My Rant for the day. I took my car for his 15,000 mile service back to Rocky Mount Toyota today. I asked the guy taking my information why the tires showing on App were not in same order as on my car. He immediately starts talking to me like I am a senile FREAKIN IDIOT. I asked him to get me a manager and to please stop talking to me like I’m STUPID. He got the service department manager who explained it very nicely and simply.
