I recently dealt with an infection in my elbow. Dr. Eliopoulos saw me rapidly and spent a lot more time assessing the situation than the orthopedics surgeon had. After making a positive prognosis he advised a detailed protocol to heal. He was spot on and things went exactly the way he had told me. He was very kind, and supportive, and spent a great amount of time explaining what was going on in my elbow and what all the therapeutic options were. I dealt with an infection in my elbow which seemed to resist antibiotics. Dr. Eliopoulos saw me very quickly. He spent a long time (much longer than the orthopedics dr. had) assessing the elbow, diagnosing the infection, and explaining my options. He was very helpful and after he ensured me that I was finally on the way to healing I felt greatly reinsured.
