Rodney did and amazing job helping my wife and I throughout this whole experience. Rodney makes sure to look at all the options available and made our first time home buying experience go really smooth. Definitely recommend Rodney to anyone going through this process!
Considering the short escrow period, the low down payment and a recalcitrant brother-in-law, I think Rodney did a fine job getting it all done. I suppose I would wish more of the disclosures could come in a package, but this is a minor consideration in such a big deal. I will recommend Rodney to my daughter who is starting to look for a house.
