We came up against a couple snags at the end that could have been avoided with a little more knoweldge and planning by Rodney. We really did very much enjoy working with Rodney-- felt he was skilled, communicative, and helpful-- but the last week felt unnecessarily stressful and we wish some of that could have been avoided with better planning around having a co-signer in another state.

Rodney not only made this process as "easy" as possible but he made me feel comfortable about the entire process. Buying a house is not easy, simple and is rather stressful but Rodney made sure I had all necessary information prior to moving forward with a decision by always answering texts/emails/phone calls quickly and answering all questions no matter how "silly" or "unnecessary" I felt the questions were.

Rodney was fantastic! His level of professionalism and expertise is unmatched! He started us off by coming in on a Saturday because we were in a rush to get our process started.
