0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality I am really bummed to give bad feedback as the staff was very kind, but there was damage to my vehicle that I had pointed out in the initial inspection that I was told was normal. It is definitely from the accident and was looked over and not addressed. Everytime I wanted info about my car I had to call. The repair dragged on for weeks and often I would not be notified about another extension. Furthermore, Lisa never took responsibility for the person who originally quoted me 3 days.
