I was able to get an appointment within three weeks online here thankfully! After calling San Antonio and even Austin Hyundai locations that are scheduled out until MAY 2024! My oil change and the recall for tow hitch took only an hour and 30 minutes so I didn't have to stay all day. I would like to personally shout out Mr. Jason Marsh for his excellent service today. This is my first time visiting Steele Hyundai and Jason made my entire visit a piece of cake! Awesome service. Thought about trading in our Palisade and Chad was awesome in helping us. We didn’t ultimately go that route but got it fixed. Shout out to Jason (manager) and Jason (service) in getting our vehicle in and out very quickly. I’m not currently looking for a vehicle now but when that time comes we will definitely reach out to these guys and Steele in general. They deserve more than 5 stars.
Brittin at Steele Hyundai was fantastic. I needed to find a car before being able to come in and visit and he worked with me every step of the way. He made sure I knew all my options and personally delivered my car to me after. I highly recommend.
I arrived for my service appointment and received prompt attention from the service advisor. After check-in, I waited in comfortable lounge area. My car was ready by the estimated repair time. This was a recall item so I received a detailed explanation of the performed work. I will definitely plan to use Hyundai Steele in Kyle in the future.
