Today we had the pleasure of doing business with Preston. He was so kind and patient with my daughter. Able to get her where she needed to be to drive away with a brand new car! Time and Austin were so helpful as well. We would definitely do business there again. Thanks guys!
As I was waiting on some service to be completed my wife and I looked at new cars. The manager and salesman understood our goals of test driving and checking out a vehicle we had been interested in. Both provided a pressure free environment and took the time to answer all our questions. They truly made us feel like we were part of the family. I wish all dealerships had such integrity and professionalism!
We had some questions about purchasing from them and David was very responsive. When we went in it was a great experience from the start. Everyone was very friendly and David was so helpful. I have never had a good car-purchasing experience, so that is saying a lot. The car was as described and they gave us a good price. The loan process was also a breeze and we loved working with Austin.
Service department is horrible. Our Service Advisor has zero customer service skills. No communication whatsoever. You need to call for updates and no one but the person assigned to your vehicle can supply the excuses of why your vehicle is not ready. Nothing gets done until you reach out to the Service Director. For some miraculous reason the part all of a sudden showed up once we reached out to him, which was right after the Service Advisor had told us they were still waiting on the part. A real circus.. We purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle here in mid December 2023 and we still don't have tags almost 4 months later. Since we are military, our vehicles are registered in Virginia. We were very patient and understanding that they were not familiar with the process of registering a vehicle from a different state, although that felt very odd given that this is Military city USA and that is a pretty basic process.
