6 hours to buy a used car! Ridiculous. Salesman kept taking care of other customers instead of dealing with our paperwork. Finish selling one car before selling another one. Buying a second car in February, we won’t be returning to Roger Beasley.

The certified used car buying was great. They gave me alot of credit ($$$$) for my old used vehicle I traded in. The CX5 I bought is fantastic. I had my first oil change and service inspection and they were able to install a part left off when I bought it with ease. They do a 161 point inspection on Certified used cars they sell. They missed a cosmetic part when I bought it. I mentioned it when I returned for the oil change. They had it in stock and put it on so now everything is perfect. I went to have a safety recall completed. I think it was done .unfortunately I was not given any paperwork until I requested it. I was just given the keys by the service provider. It took about 10 minutes for the service technician to provide the paperwork and he seemed to be typing fervently before finally printing. When I reviewed the full circle service card I was shocked that showed several problems with fluid levels brake,power-steering transmission fluid and coolant. My daughter and I went in to purchase a Mazda CX-5. And also to trade inher truck. Test drove a couple of the CX-5 and she picked out the one she like. Everyone there was very kind and very helpful with everything. And answered any questions we had. We are very happy with the service we received.
