Great car. Worst service ever. Was waiting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours (they told me it will take 2 hrs) only to find out it will take another 3 hours. I wish I wouldn’t buy a Mazda

COMMUNICATION DISASTER. I bought a car in April and didn't get my license plates until August. The mix up occurred with the DMV, but the sales agent at Roger Beasley was horrible about communicating about the issue. He never initiated phone calls - I was the one who had to call for updates, and on numerous occasions, he wouldn't return my calls. I got the Sales Mgr involved, and eventually he didn't return phone calls either. It was only after going to the dealership in person and speaking to the Gen'l Mgr that I got my plat... read more

Hi Paula, I am so sorry about this. You're right, this was a communication disaster and it was 100% our fault. Our team should've called you back to keep you posted on the situation. The DMV has been backed up getting new plates out to customers, so it was going to take a while to get you your new plates anyway. But then we made a mistake filing the paperwork and had to re-do the process which slowed it down further, and the DMV can be less than helpful with these things. Always a great experience at Mazda. My auto sales person took the time to say hello and my wait time was as expected. Comfortable waiting area and unlimited coffee and snacks. And great service!!!
