Mister I went into the Mazda dealership for a recall issue. I had an appointment and was helped immediately by Shaun Sanders. Shaun was courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. The waiting area was clean, had coffee, and snacks. The repair took the amount of time I had been advised. It was a good experience.

Service is wonderful! Getting my car serviced these days is “no problem”. Always greeted with smiles and courtesy, I feel very comfortable knowing the Mazda is in good hands. I also look forward to the video that carefully explains what the mechanic is doing and any problem areas. This is the best thing for me since my knowledge of car engines is very limited. Seeing the video and close-ups of the parts in question in the engine or tire areas is a must as far as I’m concerned. Thank you for being so thorough and pleasant!

My service appointment I’m always amazed at the service I get at Mazda in Georgetown. They are timely, professional, accommodating and friendly.
