Leasing a 2019 CX5 Gramd Touring Pleasant, enthusiastic salesman asked and answered the right questions. Follows up after the sale as well. The folks there are personable, not pushy in the least.

Buyer The buying process was a very relaxed atmosphere, DJ was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. There was no pressure on buying extended warranties, they were presented but did not pressure us to purchase. I was very satisfied on the purchase.

Remarkable Service As always, great customer service! The service department accommodated my request for a Saturday appointment due to my work schedule during the week. Service advisor Richard Grimm explained the recall service operation which was to be performed. He gave me a time frame on when the vehicle would be ready, and beat that expectation. 50,000 mile service My appointment time was honored. The service advisor was efficient and professional. The waiting area is comfortable, snacks are provided. Examination of my car was very thorough including a video of the process. They even found (and repaired) a nail in my tire.
