Routine Service and Tire Failure Service was free (new car) and complete. They worked me in without an appointment. Very nice of them and service tech. Had a failed tire, split sidewall, which they replaced at no charge.

Regular service Regular service. Damien was the service representative, what a nice efficient person. Service was done promptly and he reconnected my Bluetooth, answered some questions about the navigation system. All of the employees are first rate.

Darrel Regular lube and tire rotation. Had an appointment - was taken in early and was back on the road in an hour at no cost - need I say more?

Excellent Service I went in for an oil change. They reminded me the tire rotation was free with the warranty I purchased. I didn’t have an appointment and the wait time was very reasonable. The video they show of the services performed is very nice touch. Great customer service

State inspection Free inspection for all my vehicles as long as I own the Mazda. Life is good. I gave him a 2 hour window and it was done in 1.

Excellent sales and service. Bought a used Mazda with 5000 Mike's from them about 2 months ago. Our sales man Charles was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole buying experience went quickly and no high pressure tactics were used. Took my car in for service just last Saturday 10/6/18. Was in and out in 40 minutes. Much better than my other experiences at another dealer.

State Inspection Went in for a state inspection and found out it was FREE as a rewards member. They performed the inspection quickly and didn't try to sell me any other services. I was on my way home in no time and was very happy with the experience!

Super Service from Richard I went to Georgetown Mazda for an oil change, and Richard was my Service Rider. He always takes care of me. It is always an A+ experience!!!

Outstanding Service Courtney Evans, customer service-met me before I even got out of my car, let me know the process, showed me around & explained everything. Dearek Garcia, a certified technician-did a great job on the video he texted of the underside of my car, various parts & tires explaining the status of each. I have never seen or heard of this practice but was very impressed!! Plus I got an email reminder about my appointment. Overall👍😊
