Service above and beyond Went in for periodic service on our CX-5 plus a nail in the right rear tire. Surprised that I didn’t have road hazard for the tires. Oh well. All set to pay for it as it had to be replaced; not repairable. When called to pick up the vehicle, I was told no charge for the tire. Remarkable! It is a very pleasant surprise and if this is normal treatment, it can not be beaten by any other dealership.
Service review for my vehicle I had my car serviced today and the customer service was prompt and courteous as usual. I was very pleased.
Oil change Very friendly staff. Today’s visit was a bit lengthy. Appt at 11 and I didn’t leave until 12:45. I had oil change and tire rotation. Maybe short handed. Don’t know.
