great staff and great service The employee Mr.Adel Saleh was very helpful and respectful. I came from San Antonio and I bought the car in less than an hour . Nice staff. Good experience.
Purchase of a new CX-5 Working with Charles Turner, who handled the purchase of my first CX-5, continued to be an accommodating and easy experience, considering the fact that the vehicle I wanted was in sharp demand! He located the CX-5 that I wanted and delivered it to me because I had been in an accident and am not driving at this point. Also, the service department at the Georgetown location has always been excellent and I plan to continue using.
Quick and courteous service I took my car into Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown for the annual inspection and was out in less than 2 minutes. Greg provided me with a video of the inspection including the overall wear on my tires, brakes and wiper blades. I really like these videos so I can see what is going on with my car. This is the 8th Mazda I have purchased from Roger Beasley, I am sure I will buy another in the future. This dealership is great from sales to service!
Review We loved the Mazda we bought 7 yrs ago, and love the service department so we came back when we decided to replace my husband's vehicle. The person helping us, Krystal, was profession, kind, patient with a great attitude and personality.
