We refinanced our mortgage with Roger 6 months ago and he was so knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant, we decided to refinance again. Unfortunately, he gave us such a great rate that we won't be working with him anymore. It's kind of sad. I spoke with him so much and he was so friendly that it felt like he was my friend.
