We ended up finding a place and falling in love with it, only to find out there was a bidding war. Roger helped us figure out how to put in a competitive offer on a SUPER short timeline so that we could make it happen. And it worked out! Then, with a long close (because of the seller), interest rates jumped and Roger again figured out how to make this happen, giving up some of his own fees so that we could still get our perfect place.
