Roger and his team made the entire process simple and painless. We had just refinanced a home in NY with a different major bank and it was a completely arduous painful labor-intensive and frustrating process. Roger and the team made the entire process so easy! From ballpark estimates at the beginning all the way through closing, Roger was helpful and extremely transparent. Higher estimates meant a lower actual amount and the overall fee structure was extremely advantageous over other lenders I talked to. Sam and Rachel were also rockstars throughout the process.
