He was good and able to answer questions. He kept us updated on where we were at with our loan. He often told us how busy their and the title company businesses are right now. I know he was trying to explain why things are taking longer (which we understood before we started), but he frequently did it and ended up seeming more of a sales pitch and I absolutely dislike sales people. It's truly what made me say I'm glad we got closed on our home.
