Roger was very friendly and approachable, but since this was our first time refinancing, there were a lot of things we didn't know. There were some hiccups that made closing stressful. There isn't enough space to go into detail, but Roger was knowledgeable and I appreciated his willingness to work with us in the evenings. Overall, we learned a lot from the process and feel satisfied with our new mortgage plan.
