When you have a10:30 appointment you should start to be treated within 5 minutes of your appointment time. It was 10:58 when the hygienist walked into the room. When I said I had an 11:30 appointment I needed to get to she did call the dentist in mid cleaning to make sure I was seen but my anxiety level is not great going to my appointments and then to worry about being late or that the extra cleaning you’re paying for out if pocket is being rushed because you complained about the delay is frustrating and unnecessary. From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the very professional, considerate, and calm atmosphere. I was pleased with everyone I came in contact with and appreciated how kind, understanding and very competent everyone was.
