Could not return a watch because it was worn once. Absolutely horrible policy. Why would you even want to shop there if you couldn’t take back something you don’t want anymore.

better employees who give better customer service.
RecommendedMy fiance and I both loved our experience shopping for our wedding bands. Tara and Janelle were cordial and helpful. We laughed and shared our love story with them, and they made us feel very important. Even special. As we left as satisfied customers, we even got friendly hugs.
Buyer beware, associates lie on financing! I was told that I would get 0% interest for 6 months on my purchase and I asked at least 3 times that I would all the way through the transaction to checkout. Now after receiving bills with interest charges on them I am royally pissed! I even asked after checkout if I would be getting 0% and was told yes. Well guess what, now I will try and return this stuff (too late at this point) so I can get at least some of my money back because they also charge an annual fee on the account as... read more
