brought a ring in for repair, was given quote paid for it. they called said the need more money, so much for a quote do not go there! poor place

So utterly disappointed. My fiancé and I have been engaged for almost 2 months and I haven’t ever gotten the chance to even wear my ring because it has taken 7 weeks for it to come back from being sized. The store continues to apparently send out emails to check on it’s status and we hear nothing back until we physically stop in to ask. And even then are told nothing. I could honestly not be more disappointed with this terrible experience.

Our experience has been terrible at the Mankato Store. The Customer Service is awful, the quality of the merchandise is poor at best, & they tell you one thing & then do not honor their word. I did business with Rogers & Hollands for years in Rochester with not one problem, ever, so naturally when I moved to the Mankato area I wanted to continue to do business with a company that I knew or so I thought.
