Recommended100% satisfied with the store, staff and selection! Britnee is amazing if you need a knowledgeable associate! One of my favorite things about this store is that you can have work done while you wait. You don't have to send your ring off to be soldered and wait 10 days!
So upset got a new ring from there the stone fell out went and had it fixed just got it back Friday and today the stone falls out again and is lost I'm so upset. We saved and saved for my ring for the stone to keep falling out !
The jewelry was beautiful but the service is horrific! I took a ring set in on Wednesday for an estimate and repair, I was told I would have an answer on Friday because they would call. Saturday I called because I didn't get a call. Was told I would have to wait until Monday then got a "wait he isn't in on Monday". What a run around, all this for just an estimate? It makes me wonder how long the repair would actually take.
