Excellent store, run by an amazing staff! Highly recommend for beautiful jewelry pieces at great prices coupled with knowledgeable, kind, relatable staff all lead by Courtney! We have been purchasing for over a decade from Courtney and she continues to beyond words exceed our exceptions each time! I was in search for the perfect engagement ring and I jus happened to find Rogers and Hollands at Crossroads. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was treated as if I had been shopping there for years. I have never experienced such excellent customer service! Rose was so kind and provided me with so much patience. Because of this, I was able to find the perfect piece for me and at the price I wanted! New management is great! Stop in and see them. Courtney is very helpful and friendly. They have a jeweler on-site who can inspect your items while you wait.

All of the staff was amazing but the sales associate Jaden Hanold really took his time and found a solution to our problem. The customer service he provided was on point and how he presented himself was professional but warm and you could tell he cares.

They provide top notch customer service. Love that they have a talented jeweler in-house. He has done amazing work on my rings and it's so nice to know that my pieces don't have to leave the store. They usually can get the work done same-day too. I had a terrible experience losing a ring at a different jewelry store and it is incredibly comforting to me to know that my items never leave their location.

Wonderful customer service. I brought them a ring from my late mother which had broken in 2 pieces. I spoke with Cody and explained to him the sentimental value of the ring. They assured me, her ring would be safe and most certainly could be fixed. Prior to visiting Rogers and Hollands, I had gone to a chain jewelry store and was told that they could not fix it and doubted if anyone could. The staff there is amazing. Excellent products and excellent customer service! The workers are always happy to clean my ring when I come in and they have a great selection of jewelry. Never had a problem with my ring and the fact that I don't have to bring my ring in for a 6 month inspection is the best part! I will never shop anywhere else

This Roger and Holland is by far the best jewelry store on town. They're willing to work with our budget and I never feel pressured to buy. We will be back!
