Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Recently my husband purchased a beautiful anniversary gift for me. We cannot say enough about the Manager, Larry and the Assistant Manager, Mary with whom we worked with. Excellent customer service and knowledge from the time we chose the gift up through delivery of the merchandise. This is the only store we will shop at from this point forward. The staff is friendly and very personable. They pride themselves in providing personalized service.

We spent $2,500 on my wedding ring. The diamonds are cheap and come out a lot. I've had to have it repaired 10xs over 3 years. We also live an hour and a half away from the stores so it's a huge inconvenience! Complete waste of money. I wish we never bought our rings from here.
although all the jewelry we have purchased here is always great, the financial part has been a nightmare. we got 3 different items and of the 3, two of them we were charged the whole remainder balance when we came into the store to make a payment on our debit card. it was clear before we left how much we wanted to pay and then when they process the payment they took the whole remaining balance which has caused our account to bounce TWICE now on separate purchases. called and they just say "oh you have to contact these peopl... read more
If you have them send anything in for repairs or work, don’t expect to get it back in a timely manner. They will give you multiple dates and make empty promises to look into the issue as to why it’s taking so long and that they will call you back. They NEVER call back. They will never have a legit reason for the delay either. I am extremely disappointed with this location and will no longer be giving them any business. I was lucky enough to find my wedding ring when a higher up employee from Texas was in WI.. I adore my ring. However, I then passed recommendation onto my best friend and I felt so awful for the experience she had. The ring was in the "corporate shop" more often than it was on her hand. I am also disappointed in the sales tactics at this particular store. Very pushy!! Horrible customer service. They lost my paperwork twice, then when my ring came in, it was too big even though the paperwork was right. Even the lady working admitted it was their fault. Not happy with their customer service or their manager.
