I have an iPhone 11pro, dropped it and completely shattered the back. Called AT&T to see if we had purchased the insurance they said no insurance on my phone. I called Rogers and they said they do repair it and to bring it in so they can order the part. When I got there Candido the sales man told me to double check on the insurance as I thought we had purchased it. He was so helpful.
