took an galaxy note 10 plus for a,battery replacement, the ended up messing up the screen, now half of the screen won't work, only with the pen, they won't take responsibility!!! very unpleasant and waste of time and money!!! this people are a rip off,, can't even change a battery, !!!!

RecommendedI have an iPhone 11pro, dropped it and completely shattered the back. Called AT&T to see if we had purchased the insurance they said no insurance on my phone. I called Rogers and they said they do repair it and to bring it in so they can order the part. When I got there Candido the sales man told me to double check on the insurance as I thought we had purchased it. He was so helpful. I did go to AT&T and what happened was they put the insurance on my husbands iPhone 7 and not on my phone 11pro. They graciously made a correct... read more
