messed up my friends phone then blamed her for their mistake. would not recommend what so ever. use somewhere like CPR that guarantees a warranty so you don’t have to pay full price twice for the companies mistake

As advised on the phone, we have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, but we cannot warranty physical damage (cracked screen due to drop after the repair). Our technicians did not damage your phone. You brought in the phone weeks after the repair with a cracked screen and admitted that it was dropped.
