Keep your credit card in your pocket. You can do much better elsewhere. I have called them and emailed them to get a cash refund after trying to cancel about 2 weeks later and was told no I could only get a credit. Why on earth would I want a credit when I want to cancel and get a refund? The usual you should have known even though I spoke to a rep and was told no problem. Still waiting for the 3-4 calls to be returned. I won’t kick their “star” Teeka. Go look that mess up yourself. Be forewarned.

Same here!! Cancelled it almost as soon as I started it and a year later they took 129.00 out of my account and will not refund my money and I have contacted them at least five times about it so far but it has not helped. I guess my next step is BBB!!!

Beware if scammers! Manipulated my elderly mom into multiple subscriptions, upsell, upsell, upsell. Brownstone Research has identical services with different names and a barely different address. MULTIPLE SCAMS RUN BY SAME PEOPLE. Beware.

Canceled subscription in 2021. I did get a refund, but they keep taking $129 out of my account. I have to continue to call them and tell them to stop. They apologize, refund then keep taking it out. Horrible experience!

I have tried to purchase 2 different advisory subscriptions from this company. They charged my credit card both times and sent me nothing. After multiple emails and a phone call, I still was unable to get anything from them. Then they just ignored more emails. So I'm having to initiate a chargeback on both. She has structured her salespitch with about 5-7 additional upsells (annoying), so you have to wade through those just to get an online receipt, however no receipt comes to your inbox. Clever scam.
