The staff I've had contact with were very calming, understanding, non-judgemental, non-critical, and they listened to me, not only their ears but also their hearts and minds. Very professional and great customer service
I was seriously impressed. I am not so easy to please, but EVERYONE was awesome. Dr. Rohn, Michelle, Elizabeth, and Cynthia. Very thorough. I really feel like they are going to help me keep my teeth healthy. They kept me informed every inch of the way and went tooth by tooth analyzing everything. I am really glad I found this dental team.
Excellent customer service. It's very clear that every person in this establishement from the moment you walk in, is here to help benefit you and they want nothing more than for you to be satisfied with the work they've done. Very detailed and keeps you updated through every procedure, makes sure you understand everything thats goin on.
