We absolutely love this place,our first trip down in 2014,we were in the Marina and I got to meet Maryann,what an awesome person,the guides are beyond knowledgeable of the lake,caught my dream bass at 11 pounds 2 ounces,I still get chills in 2023!! Can’t wait til next visit!
Monday morning we arrived at 6am and was met by our guide. My son and I spent the next few hours laughing and reeling in bass. He knew right where they were and the shiners no more hit the water and something had them. Plenty of fish were caught and released. What a great day on the lake. If you get the opportunity to go out with Steve Lake , you will catch fish and have a good time. Thanks Steve !
My husband and I came down to fish a few a years ago with Captain Ed. It was such a wonderful experience that we came back again. Once again, Captain Ed was knowledgeable, easy going, and so much fun to fish with. My husband caught a 9 3/4 lb bass today and Captain Ed was so proud for him. We will be back again. Thanks Ed for everything. :)
Had a fantastic time. My brother (who has parkinsons) and I fished in early april with Captain Ed. Caught more fish than we could count Ed's the man. Thanks to Ed an Sam for helping him to and from the boat. Special thanks to Ed for helping my brother land his fish. A very special trip for us and were going back soon.
Had a great trip with captain Ed. The bite was slow for the first hour then came on strong! we caught several nice 5 pounders and topped it off with an 8 pounder to finish the day.. Had a blast with my dad who caught his biggest bass ever. Thanks Captain Ed for a great day of fishing. Shawn from Mi. Cant wait to come back next year!!
The place is great, good location, tiki hut, store enjoyed all that. But don't count on getting good Florida fish to eat here. Fares included Simi, Ultimate fish (?), and probably other names for se Asia fish. Ok, if your stomach can take it...mine couldn't. It was well prepared, so just be sure you know what you are getting. If Asian fish is your preference, this is the place to go. Otherwise order the beef...l didn't but should have. I expect that might be local.
I Had the best time out there. The very Best guide and services. Not alot or fish was cought that day, but plenty of long lasting memories from the Rholand Team. Five stars in my book!!!!!!
