I wanted to leave a review for Carlos Ibanez in Rolex. Carlos is the epitome of excellent customer service. Carlos helped me with my first Rolex purchase. His communication and guidance throughout the wait for my watch was above my expectations. I was lucky enough that on my birthday, Carlos called to tell me the watch I had been waiting for was finally in! He was almost more excited than I was.
