Hain who always taking care of us very excellent service. And we are always please to go there Hyde store In Cheery Creek Mall . She is very different with other employee we went to . So friendly , very knowledgeable about Rolex . We love to come to Rolex store only if she is there .

Hain is the best Rolex Specialist I’ve ever dealt with. Before i moved here in Colorado i’ve dealt with other Rolex stores from California and Texas when i lived there but my experience with Hyde Park Jewelers was just phenomenal. From “just trying” all the way to deciding on which to add on my collection she was very helpful. Especially the waiting part, she kept me updated and always happy to answer my calls whenever i ask for updates. Thank you again to Hain and Hyde Park Jewelers.

Hyde Park Jewelers are excellent. I personally worked with Yelena and couldn’t be happier. She is professional, kind and efficient. She knows her stuff and genuinely seems to enjoy her job! The Rolex situation worldwide is challenging, so be patient and you’ll eventually get one. Be kind, and understand that the sales associates have no control over their inventory ¨̮

My experience at Hyde Park has been amazing. My boutique consultant Hain took the time to get to know my personality and made excellent recommendations on a variety of timepieces. She allowed me to try on as many watches as I needed to get a feel for what I liked or disliked. I’ve never felt more comfortable and welcomed by any other boutique or jeweler.
