This was our fourth time financing through PRMI, which pretty much says it all. Rolf is so easy to work with. He always makes sure we get the best rate that we can, and he does whatever he can to keep our closing costs as low as possible. I love that you took the time to call me and answer any questions I had. I love that you didn't kill me with paperwork. I love that I could tell you truly wanted to do the best thing for me. I love that you made everything easy. I love that you didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I don't think I've ever used the word "love" about anything related to loans in my entire lifetime until now. =-)
