I think the staff and doctors are great. I have always been treated well
I've Dr K long before she joined Bienville Ortho as a patient in the USAF. Totally committed to her patients, I have total trust in her skills.
First visit with Dr Meadows. He listened to what I felt were vague symtoms he zero'd in on my primary issues. I made a good selection!
I too was called before I finished the paperwork, and forgot to finish filling out my meds. Dr. Tucker was pleasant, but unsure if he could help me. He did order a shot in the shoulder to see if it helped relieve the pain. We did sit and wait quite awhile for someone to come in to give it, I had to go find someone, and the one I found didn't know anything about it. The nurse didn't tell anyone. Other than those two things I had a positive experience.
Dr. Meadows has been Great. I have nerve damage in my foot from 2 surgeries by another Dr. Dr Meadows told me upfront he would do all he could without surgery. My foot will never be normal but he has it to where I can tolerate it. Dr Meadows and stall has been Awesome.
The staff was awesome from the time I walked in the door to the time I left the building. Dr Tucker was a great help and listened to my concerns and needs. He made a wonderful comment "We're going to improve your quality of life" hearing that made my life.
