It's an awesome agency. People are helpful. I think my coordinator, Aleya is the best! Very friendly, understanding, & flexible. They made caring for my sister much easier for me with their flexibility. The CDPAP NY is great thing. It allows me to spend quality time, have peace of mind , and not worry about my basic needs & how to juggle everything them with my sister's needs. It's 5 stars all around!

FreedomCare gave me the opportunity to be home with my mother and take care of her and not worry about having someone I dont know in my home or mistreating my mom. It's a wonderful peace of mind and they were amazing during the whole process. Willing to answer all my questions and always available when needed. I'm so glad that I took this chance. It changed my life and my mothers for the best.
Freedomcare is amazing they go out of their way to help you Weatherby phone or via text any questions you have they are right there to answer that day I have a wonderful worker her name is Kaydee B. I'm happy with the service and it definitely benefits the patient and the caregiver. I definitely recommend this to people with family members that need help. Ty @freedomcare
