I was not numbed completely or entirely anesthetized before my procedure. Staff member argued with me on this after. Not much care for recovery and sent on my way. In a lot of pain after procedure.
Thank you Great River Oral Surgery!! I have being dealing with this pain so much and you guys just worked with me on scedulaing and they are great at understanding!! Their service is great to and I apprecite everything
There apparently was confusion between the Platteville and Dubuque offices. I called Platteville and was told my appointment was at Platteville. They scheduled me at Dubuque instead even though Platteville is closer. I arrived 15 minutes early and still had to wait 60 minutes. They did not have my records or x-rays even though I called to verify that they would. After all this, I did not see a doctor, although the nurse was very efficient. All and all, a wasted trip.
If your wanting to get your wisdom teeth out fast I wouldn’t recommend going here, we have to wait 6 or more weeks to get my daughters surgery for them to send a preauthorization to our insurance or pay the full $2671.00. It don’t make sense when we took my other daughter here to get her wisdom teeth out they just made us pay copy and I over paid on that and it took them months to send a check to us. Hopefully it doesn’t take the full six weeks to get her wisdom teeth out.
I scheduled my appointment over 2 months ago to get my wisdom teeth out. it was just supposed to be a quick consultation and I waited over an HOUR while nurses harassed my 3 year old for not wearing her face mask 'the right way' . I will never come back. so disappointed, this is not how you run a business.
I got referred to Great River Oral by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed. The overall surgery went great and Doctor Dalton is excellent. Dr Dalton did a good job making me feel comfortable, when in actuality I was very nervous. The reason I am giving this establishment a bad review is because the bad unfortunately outweighed the good. The Dr himself if great when you actually get back to see him. the process of actually being seen is a nightmare. I had a consultation, waited 45 minutes in the waiting room before I was even taken back to a room, waited another 20 in there just to have a 5 minute appointment. Had an appointment for my daughter and they called the morning of to cancel it, so I rescheduled and again, they canceled at the last minute. Never been there before, and won't be going there now! Be prepared to have them cancel on you!!
