Not only was I able to get my elderly mom in immediately for an emergency, but the facility is spotless and has excellent safety protocols that everyone follows. The staff was so courteous and sensitive to the extra care and patience required for someone over 80 who is in pain and a bit confused in a new environment. Everyone was so kind and genuinely wanted to help mom and I as we filled out all the paperwork and dealt with the stress of unexpected medical procedures.
