Very professional and friendly staff
We appreciated the Covid precautions, and the staff were all pleasant to work with. I got to stay with my daughter until they were ready to put her out, and they made sure that we knew what to do after surgery. I would feel comfortable bringing any of my family here.
Atmosphere was calm and good customer service.

I went into Great River very nervous about having a tooth extraction, and I'd like to report it went very well. Starting off with Heidi and her coworkers (I apologize for not remembering the other staff member's names) did a great job reassuring me having the procedure completed would not be painful and it was not! I had a very badly infected abscessed tooth and was seen almost immediately and scheduled for surgery the next day. Wonderful, understanding, and caring staff. Great with people who suffer from anxiety also. Highly recommend
