Nikki helped me get the truck I've been pining for, for three years! I do wish there were more accommodations for having me drive back-and-forth (apps. 800miles total) from the western slope to make sure my ride was all taken care of (a couple follow-ups were required) but she was beyond kind.

Sales folks assisting me were great to work with. They were straightforward and upfront about pricing, additional fees, and the process as a whole from the very beginning. Would have liked for your company to be more flexible in working with credit unions outside of your network. Would also suggest not imposing a fee for larger credit card transactions meant to be used for down payments
