It is definitely an interesting way to purchase a vehicle. It’s easy, but also hands off for the dealership. Would have been nice to have more help with out of state registration, etc. But overall, not too bad. Good inventory, given the global circumstances. My saleswoman, was patient and helpful. She was courteous and got answers for me when needed.
Lacey is super friendly - worked with my situation, and showed great flexibility as I kept exploring different vehicles. She was kind, understanding and very professional. She made share I get the right truck for my budget and guided me thru the sale process.
