Let them installed my heat pump almost 4 yrs ago and also bought maintenance warranty. 3 weeks ago, my furnace had an issue and called them , first the customer service rep did not work with any schedule for me just asked if I had any source sof heat and when I told her I have 2 fireplaces she gave me an apt that was 1 week before they can see my furnace.. did not give me an option whether I wanted an after hours service or not. thought that its all the same service fee. at first I was glad that they had an after my shift ho... read more
