Process was well defined and executed. His assistant, Rebecca Gilbert was most helpful, often going beyond the "call of duty" to ensure the transaction was completed on time. The only negative I had was at time the system asked for the same information multiple times and we had to simply ignore some requests. That caused some confusion and minor delays. Otherwise, a first class experience.
