Employees are friendly. Many mistakes were made though. I had my mortgage with LeaderOne for four years and was refinancing. The appraisal took almost two weeks to get back (i know they used a third-party), difficult to schedule a closing time with around a busy professional schedule, and once the closing documents were signed, received a phone call from the title company that the mortgage was filled out with the wrong county information. LeaderOne Financial was fantastic. They were recommended to me by my Realtor (Cris Shaffer, she is also outstanding). Their service was outstanding. The approvals went so fast and I think we just may have broke a speed record from the day our offer accepted to when we were ready to close. I will recommend LeaderOne to everyone I know that is looking for a mortgage or refinance. Simply outstanding!
It was great. As I had no face to face contact with Mr. Roller, it was essential that there was good communication between LeaderOne and myself. The communication was excellent and always timely. Kevin and his team are great people to deal with. As a first time home buyer it wasn't easy but he made me and my family feel comfortable during a stressful time.
They were helpful and answered all of my questions. I was always able to reach somebody for anything through the whole process. In the end my mortgage and down payment were less than I thought they would be.
