I was at a convention, so I knew service would be busy. I placed my online order about 3 hours in advanced to give sufficient notice. My delivery person was very courteous in giving me a call to let me know she was on her way, but even with as much notice as I gave, my order was still late. It wasn't by much, but I was still disappointed.
