RecommendedCustomer service is top notch. We have been getting our vehicles serviced here for a while now and it is easy to schedule. Our vehicle is picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Any costly repairs are discussed with us before they are preformed. With that said I just received my Escape back on Tuesday. I drove it to an appointment yesterday and noticed it did I not seem to have any power steering when I backed into a parking space.
