Excellent! Greg was so prompt in getting back to me which I really appreciated. He called to let me know he received the request but wouldn't be able to schedule something right away because they were moving offices. He called back the next day to get my appointment scheduled. He scheduled my appointment with Will who was actually able to come out sooner than expected and get things squared away. nerThey were very honest and told me they just had to replace the ciol and I did not need a new Air Conditioner. They were on time and very knowledgable <br />
It went very well. They were very professional, a little late because of a previous job but stayed until the job was finished, despite rain all afternoon. They were soaking wet, plus it was very muddy. They convince me to go with the Coleman unit stating it was made now by Johnson Control. I'm hoping this one lasts longer than the last. We rarely used the last A/C unit (not the same brand) and it broke down 3 times in 8 years, major financial cost to repair. Fingers crossed. Very positive. Great company and very nice. <br />
