The technician was very punctual and finished his job efficiently. <br />
<p>The owner, Greg, contacted me directly to arrange a service time and date that fit my schedule. Their technician, Will, arrived promptly, neatly dressed, friendly, and very professional. In the process of completing the tune up, Willdiscovered a fault in the computer board which wascovered underwarranty. HVAC had not installed my system but Greg was more than willing to purchase the replacement computer board in order to provide us with heat.
